Now that the leaves are falling, and it is becoming sweater weather it is time to break out the crockpot recipes. This recipe is a favorite because it is simple and a classic homey dish, perfect for these chilly nights. Enjoy!

1 to 1 1/4 pound ground beef
1 small onion chopped
5 cloves of garlic minced
6 cups beef broth
2 – 28 ounce cans chopped tomatoes
½ cup ketchup
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
2 cups dry macaroni to add in at the end
salt and pepper to taste
- Brown the ground beef and onion until ground beef is no longer pink. Drain the grease (if desired), and place back in skillet. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant then place all in a large crockpot.
- Add in all the rest of the ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low in crockpot for 8-10 hours.
- 20 minutes before you’re ready to serve add in the 2 cups of macaroni.
