Attendees will rotate through a series of interactive wellness stations led by local experts\, each highlighting a foundational pillar of health: \n\n\nMental Wellness with Katie Silver of Silver Psychotherapy\, focusing on managing stress\, building resilience\, and safeguarding emotional health. \n\n\nPhysical Wellness with Hannah King of Squadstyle Work N Wellness\, offering strategies for realistic movement and body reconnection. \n\n\nNutritional Wellness with Brandi Wynne of Brandi Wynne Nutrition\, providing practical advice on fueling the body for energy\, clarity\, and longevity. \n\n\nFrom seasoned entrepreneurs to emerging professionals\, this event is an invitation to reset\, connect\, and leave with actionable tools to help women thrive both in and out of the office.
