From wellness practitioners\, exercise studios and whole foods\, to regenerative farmers and conscious product and service based companies\, the Health Hive is a place for the community to support each other\, learn\, grow\, and gain access to wellness resources they may not have known was available in Frederick. \nWellNest is a woman-owned and operated holistic women’s health practice\, with a focus on bio-individuality\, functional nutrition\, cycle syncing\, and fertility coaching. Co-host FITCI is a woman-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit\, and has been Maryland’s #1 business incubator for 3 consecutive years\, helping startup companies grow\, scale\, and thrive. Together\, we are aiming to connect the businesses dedicated to improving the wellness of our community\, to the community itself. \nThe 3rd annual Health Hive is a FREE admission\, family friendly\, fun event to shop\, learn\, and support local. He is a master of satire and one of today’s most observant authors. \nBeloved for his personal essays and short stories\, David Sedaris is the author of the New York Times bestsellers Barrel Fever\, Holidays on Ice\, Naked\, Me Talk Pretty One Day\, Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim\, When You Are Engulfed in Flames\, Let’s Explore Diabetes with Owls\, Calypso\, and Happy-Go-Lucky. The audio version of Happy-Go-Lucky\, written and narrated by Sedaris\, won the 2023 Audie Award. His book The Best of Me\, collects 42 previously published stories and essays. Sedaris also wrote Squirrel Seeks Chipmunk: A Modest Bestiary\, a collection of fables with illustrations by Ian Falconer.
