DESCRIPTION:After a three-year hiatus\, the Point of Rocks Ruritan Club is proud to announce the return of Art at the Point. For those new to the area\, from 2010-2019 our club put forth a community festival for the purpose of bringing together neighbors\, friends\, and visitors in celebration of the arts and cultural heritage of southern Frederick County. In 2023\, like in past years\, the event will fall on the last Saturday in September (9/30/2023)\n\nOur event will feature live performances from a number of different bands and artists\, performances by the Frederick Children’s Chorus and Blue Ridge Thunder Cloggers and showcase local artists selling their work.
