SUMMARY:Altitude Summit Palm Springs
DESCRIPTION:Long before Alison Faulkner of The Alison Show was hosting sold-out branding workshops and award-winning podcasts she came to Alt Summit to learn about social media and to connect with new friends. \nYou’ve probably heard the story of Twitter breaking through and making it big at SXSW. What you might not know\, is that Pinterest made the scene because of a conference as well. And that conference is Alt Summit. Before Pinterest had a multi-billion dollar valuation\, Ben Silbermann\, the founder\, attended our conference in the hopes of meeting beta testers for his new little website. And he found them. \nAnd did you know that 85% of Alt Summit attendees have come back more than once? Maybe even more compelling is the fact that many of the most successful people in our industry don’t like to miss a single Alt Summit \n  \nREGISTER HERE

SUMMARY:The 2024 Frederick Speaker Series - James Comey
DESCRIPTION:After leading the FBI through unprecedented times\, former Director James Comey shares how his moral compass guided his decision-making and issues a clarion call for ethical leadership—no matter the circumstance. \nDuring his time at the Department of Justice\, Comey confronted new threats against Americans at home and abroad\, prosecuting terrorists and helping to shape the debates on the collection of information and the detention of enemy combatants in the aftermath of September 11\, 2001. \nWhen domestic and international forces sought to discredit the values that Americans treasure most\, Comey was determined to lead in a way that reflected—and protected—the best of who we are as a nation. In sharing how he confronted the attempts to challenge what we hold dear\, Comey will help audiences navigate ethical dilemmas when the road ahead has yet to be charted. \nGET TICKETS
