Lunch and Learn: Telling Your Sales Success Story

A fast-paced, highly interactive one-hour workshop on how to turn real customer results into compelling sales success stories. You don’t have to be a “sales” person to have a “sales” success story, all you need is a good idea you have to convince someone of, a recommendation for a new or improved process, or just selling yourself! In this session, you’ll learn a simple structure you can use again and again to highlight the value you deliver without sounding boastful or “salesy.”
In this workshop, participants will:
- Identify real examples of customer or individual success from your own experience
- Organize those examples into a clear, engaging story structure
- Practice telling a concise success story that focuses on customer outcomes
- Leave with one polished sales story, maybe for direct sales, you can start using right away in conversations, on your website, or in presentations
