Our COZY Issue is coming up — and we’re celebrating the Real Estate Agents helping people put down roots, find their next chapter and feel at home in the Frederick region.
We’re now accepting nominations for women in real estate who are making a meaningful impact through their work and in the communities they serve. Whether they’re helping first-time buyers find their footing, guiding families through big transitions, supporting local businesses, or simply going above and beyond for their clients, we want to know about them!
To be eligible, nominees must work in their field full-time (not as a side hustle) and have at least one year of experience in their profession.

Sass Magazine’s Top Women program celebrates local women making a difference in their industries and communities. With each themed issue, we shine a spotlight on women excelling in a field that matches the issue’s focus.
How It Works:
- Nomination Process: Anyone can nominate a woman they believe is doing amazing work in the featured industry.
- Selection Criteria: Our editorial team reviews nominations based on the details provided in the submission, their contributions to their field and community, and supporting information like their website or professional accomplishments.
- Recognition: The selected Top Women are listed in the front pages of the magazine, including their headshot, name, title, business, and website.
