Picture it: Downtown Frederick. May 24th, 2025. You and your squad are dressed in your best Blanche, Dorothy, Rose, or Sophia-inspired attire, cocktail in hand, ready to prove that you’re the sassiest, classiest, and most quick-witted group around.

Join us for The Golden Gals of Summer, a Golden Girls-themed bar scavenger hunt filled with laughter, friendly competition, and enough shenanigans to make even Sophia say, “Jeez, I gotta get out more!” Teams of up to 4 players will adventure through Frederick’s best bars, tackling outrageous Golden Girls-inspired challenges and collecting points along the way.

Stops: Some of Frederick’s favorite watering holes
Final Stop & Awards: Steinhardt Brewing | After Party Included

Bonus Points: Dress as your favorite Golden Girl, reenact an iconic scene, or belt out “Thank You for Being a Friend” in public

Assemble your dream team (teams of 4 encouraged, but solo players are welcome—we’ll match you up!) Check in at Carroll Creek at 10:45 AM to grab your scavenger hunt & bingo cards
Visit some of Frederick’s best bars, completing Golden Girls challenges at each stop
Wrap up at Steinhardt Brewing for the final ceremony & after-party

Pull out your shoulder pads, grab your pearls, and get ready to serve Golden Girl realness. Whether you’re channeling Blanche’s glamour, Dorothy’s no-nonsense attitude, Rose’s wholesome charm, or Sophia’s wisecracks, we strongly encourage costumes. The best-dressed team will be rewarded!
