2024 Launch Day: Sailing Through The Winter Solstice

The crew has been hard at work this summer gearing up to launch the 2024 – 2025 fleet to sail along Carroll Creek Linear Park. The boats will start their voyage on November 23rd and sail through Frederick until March.
There are 28 boats taking part this year along with 2 Landsharks, Heavens to Betsy, and The Holly Jolly Roger, which can be seen in front of Wine Kitchen following the Kris Kringle Parade through Downtown Frederick.
Walk down Carroll Creek and see the boats going in the water. There will be food trucks, live music, and lots of action!
