Health Hive
The Health Hive is a collective space for all things health and wellness, focused on promoting Frederick/MD local small businesses. Here, we come together to collaborate with people across all facets of human health. From wellness practitioners, exercise studios and whole foods, to regenerative farmers and conscious product and service based companies, the Health Hive is a place for the community to support each other, learn, grow, and gain access to wellness resources they may not have known was available in Frederick.
WellNest is a woman-owned and operated holistic women’s health practice, with a focus on bio-individuality, functional nutrition, cycle syncing, and fertility coaching. Co-host FITCI is a woman-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and has been Maryland’s #1 business incubator for 3 consecutive years, helping startup companies grow, scale, and thrive. Together, we are aiming to connect the businesses dedicated to improving the wellness of our community, to the community itself.
The 3rd annual Health Hive is a FREE admission, family friendly, fun event to shop, learn, and support local. There will be music, coffee, juice, and raffle prizes to enjoy!
