Breathwork facilitator Stacy Lucky will lead a nourishing breathwork series to calm our nervous systems and reconnect us to our hearts. Leadership coach Ellen Gilbert will facilitate a mission, vision, and values workshop to realign us with our soul’s purpose! You will leave this experience feeling reconnected to what’s most important and inspired to continue growing towards your goals! Come with an open heart and mind, bring a yoga mat and journal.
