Frederick’s Oktoberfest 2026
Celebrate German heritage with food, music, dancing, vendors, and family activities during Frederick’s Oktoberfest! The Saturday festival welcomes guests of all ages to the Frederick Fairgrounds.
German bands and performers will fill the day with traditional music, dancing, and lively entertainment. The Freddie Long Band will also perform during the festival.
Guests can explore local vendors, enjoy German food, and purchase beer or seasonal beverages. Families can visit the dedicated children’s area for activities and age-appropriate entertainment. Frederick’s Oktoberfest celebrates local German heritage while raising money for community programs and charities.

Guests wearing an authentic dirndl or lederhosen can receive free admission. German T-shirts, hats, and partial costumes do not qualify for free admission. Children ages 2 and younger can attend for free. Frederick’s Oktoberfest offers discounted tickets during the early sales period. Guests who purchase stein packages will receive an empty commemorative stein at the gate. Guests must be at least 21 years old to collect a stein.
Ticket holders must collect reserved steins before 8 p.m. for guaranteed availability.
