NAMA-SLAY 9: Breakups and Breakables
NAMA-SLAY 9: Breakups and Breakables is an anti-Valentine’s yoga and rage room experience presented by Jenuine Yogi – Jennifer Carpenter and Crash and Catharsis Rage Room. The event combines physical release with restorative movement in a structured, supportive setting.
The experience begins with a rage room session from 10:00 to 10:30 AM, offering participants a safe environment to release frustration through smashing and breaking objects. This is followed by a grounding yoga session from 10:30 to 11:30 AM, focused on breath, movement, and calming practices.
The cost is a $50 donation, with all proceeds benefiting the Student Homelessness Initiative Partnership (SHIP). The event takes place at Crash and Catharsis Rage Factory in Downtown Frederick.
