NOTICE: The Leadership Experience
NOTICE™ is an immersive, all-day leadership experience for accomplished women leaders who are ready to look more closely at what is shaping how they lead.
The experience begins before you arrive. Thoughtfully designed pre-work invites you to begin considering your leadership, the influences that have shaped it, and the questions you want to bring into the room.
On February 27, you will join a small cohort of accomplished women leaders for a full day of guided reflection, facilitated conversation, individual work, and shared exploration. Throughout the day, you will examine the values, experiences, expectations, pressures, patterns, and other influences shaping how you lead and consider what greater intentionality and alignment may require of you.
And the work does not end when the day does.
Following the immersive experience, you will have an opportunity to apply what you have learned in your own leadership, before having an individual session with Dr. Lisa, and reconnecting virtually as a group. The group session is designed to deepen reflection, share what has emerged, and support continued application.
