The Downtown Wedding Walk

The Downtown Wedding Walk is a unique way to showcase some of the amazing wedding venues and vendors that we have locally. Participants will stroll between multiple Downtown venues, which will each be set up as if a real wedding is taking place so that prospective clients can get a feel of what it would really be like to host their wedding there and to use those vendors.

After an afternoon of the fully immersive wedding walk experience, participants are encouraged to gather at Colonial Jewelers for champagne, cake sampling and the annual Cake Dig. You’re also invited to end the big day with an afterparty at Idiom.

Haven’t attended our annual Cake Dig before? Come join us! The Cake Dig is when we invite a selection of winners from our Wedding Walk participants to come on stage and dig through wedding cakes to find the plastic Diamonds and win more prizes! This event is always tons of fun, whether you’re digging or watching.

Schedule of Events:

Check-in at Citizens Ballroom from 11:30am-12pm

Wedding Walk from 12-3pm

Champagne and cake sampling at Colonial Jewelers between 3 and 3:30pm

Cake Dig at 3:30pm

Afterparty at Idiom at 4pm
