Thrive & Lead: AVANCE Global Conference 2026
Thrive & Lead is a three-day experience bringing 200 Latina founders, executives and investors together at the Bellagio in Las Vegas for connection, conversation and professional growth.
Taking place Sept. 14–16 as part of the AVANCE Global Conference, Thrive & Lead is curated by New American Funding Co-Founder and CEO Patty Arvielo and Build the Dream Founder and CEO Vanessa Santos. The event centers on five key areas: leadership, money and wealth, AI and technology, wellbeing and mental health, and personal branding and community.
Across three days of keynotes, fireside conversations, workshops, panels and networking opportunities, attendees will explore topics including building and scaling businesses, accessing capital, building generational wealth, navigating leadership, using AI, developing a personal brand and maintaining wellbeing while pursuing ambitious goals.
The program also includes the special session “She Closes: The Power of Latinas at NAHREP,” which celebrates women working in mortgage, lending and real estate, followed by a cocktail reception.
Attendees can also explore a marketplace featuring Latina-founded brands and author book signings. Every registered attendee is automatically entered for a chance to participate in a private 1:1 mentoring session with Patty Arvielo and Vanessa Santos.
