Tri-State Leadership Summit 2026
The Tri-State Leadership Summit will be held at The Maryland Theatre in Hagerstown. A full day of practical leadership development and professional networking will be offered. The summit was created for business owners, executives, managers, and organizational decision-makers. Strategic clarity, disciplined execution, and real-world leadership challenges will be explored throughout the day. Five featured speakers will share practical insights from several industries. Sessions will cover leadership, marketing, technology, workplace communication, artificial intelligence, and resilience under pressure.
