Farm to Table: Cooking with Mushrooms at Fox Haven Farm

Co-create a multi-course meal from scratch using seasonal vegetables and mushrooms. We will harvest or forage, then cook over a wood fire. All the while, we will be teaching you everything you have ever wanted to know about vegetables and mushrooms.
The menu will include three courses, beginning with a hot-simmered mushroom sipping broth, followed by crispy fried mushrooms, and wood-fired mushroom pizza! This is a delicious farm-to-table meal you won’t want to miss!
