Kickin’ Up a Cure is a high-energy line-dancing fundraiser presented by 99.9 WFRE and Sharon’s School of Dance, benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
The event takes place on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at the Thurmont Event Complex. Doors open at 6:00 PM, with dancing from 7:00 to 11:00 PM. Sharon’s School of Dance leads the evening, with instruction suitable for beginners and experienced dancers alike.
The night includes dinner, door prizes, raffles and a 50/50 raffle. Tickets are $30, with a limited number available at the door. Proceeds support the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Event sponsors include Frederick Brick Works, Premiere Dental Arts, Thurmont Kountry Kitchen and Gladhill Furniture.
