The Candy Cane Dash, benefitting Girls on the Run (GOTR), is a family friendly 5K event for all ages and open to the community. GOTR is a transformative after school program for girls in 3rd-8th grade. Our program is dedicated to inspiring girls to be joyful, healthy and confident while creatively integrating running. Join the most festive 5K & 1K in Frederick on December 7th!
