Homesteading: Salt Curing Charcuterie & Ironware Maintenance

$52Salt curing meat is one of the easiest and tasty homesteading skills!! We will be working with beef and will walk through the basics of a salt cure. Each participant will take their curing meat home with them along with a complete sequence of steps to finish this project. Will also learn to refurbish, season, and clean iron cookware. All meat, spices, equipment, and cookware provided.
