Overcoming Imposter Syndrome and Remembering Who You Are

Do you ever find yourself dimming your own light so that others can shine? Or shrinking yourself to fit into small spaces? Too often, women struggle with believing in themselves or feeling like they are unworthy of the life they envisioned or meeting the goals they set for themselves. This is called imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome can hold us back from being our highest selves, taking our business to the next level and living the life we deserve to live. It may have stemmed from our upbringing, a toxic workplace environment, or just from the pressure of society to be perfect. All of these things can make us feel like we need validation from others, but truthfully, we don’t!
It is so easy to believe things about ourselves that aren’t true. How can we get away from this feeling of imposture syndrome? Well, we have the remember who the f&*^ we are and start validating ourselves. It’s that simple. There are some tips and tricks that all women can practice in their daily lives to boost their confidence and go after all that they are worthy of.
