Women in Business: Pilates on the Green

Amidst our busy schedules, it can be difficult to prioritize personal wellness. Taking care of our physical and mental health is essential to maintaining a fulfilling and balanced life. The Women in Business Committee has organized an opportunity for busy professionals, both members and nonmembers, to gather for a free wellness class.
Join the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce’s Women in Business Committee and Club Pilates for a Pilates Mat Class at the Frederick Health Village on May 23rd at 4:30 PM!
This fun in the sun Pilates event will be approximately 45 minutes long. Club Pilates’ trained instructors will lead you through a beginner Pilates flow that will move your body in every direction leaving you feeling strong and ready to tackle anything.
Make sure to bring:
A Water Bottle
A Pilates Mat [we will have a few on hand if you don’t have one]
Yourself
After the class, we’ll head over to Plaza Mexico [2481 Merchant St.] for happy hour!
*Please note, this class will be held rain or shine. In the case of inclement weather, we will move the wellness event inside.
