Wellness habits don’t need to be extreme or time-consuming; they just need to be intentional and sustainable.

Week 6 :: 4 Me
You made it! This is the final week of our 6-week Sass Wellness Challenge, and we’re celebrating how far you’ve come. Over the past several weeks, we’ve taken a holistic approach to wellness—focusing on relaxation, healthy eating, sleep habits, movement, and hydration. Now, it’s time to bring it all together with a challenge that’s completely personal.
For Week 6, we’re asking you to adopt one new daily wellness habit of your choice. This is your opportunity to focus on something meaningful to you—something that supports your well-being and fits naturally into your life.
What Does That Mean?
During the course of this week, choose one healthy habit to practice daily. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s consistency. Think about something you’ve been meaning to do more often, or a small habit that could make a big difference if you committed to it regularly.
Need Some Ideas?
We’ve got you covered. Your new habit could be something like:
